		<description>I especially appreciated your comment about cohesiveness, beginning to end. Some of the best speeches from my perspective are the ones where the speaker starts out with a powerful introduction, maybe using a story or illustration.  Then in conclusion the end is tied to the beginning, as if to say....the moral of the story is...or...if, then and proceeded to move to the action statement.</description>
